Description

The BRDM-B places its compressor externally, keeping noise and heat away from the display area — a practical choice for open kitchens, dining rooms and retail spaces where a quiet, cool front-of-house environment matters. Despite the external motor, it delivers the same precise temperature and humidity control as the rest of our range, along with a full glass door and stainless steel build for safe, consistent dry ageing.

It’s well suited to steakhouses and specialty grocers that want a dry aging cabinet visible from the dining room without the compressor noise. Custom sizes available — message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
